Store Operations Manager - Pet Retail

As a Store Operations Manager – Pet Retail, you will play a critical leadership role in driving daily store operations while creating a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment for both customers and associates. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures, safety standards, and operational compliance

• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of store associates
