Store Operations Manager - Pet Retail

As a Store Operations Manager – Pet Retail, you will play a critical leadership role in driving daily store operations while creating a safe, welcoming, and high-performing environment for both customers and associates. This role blends operational excellence, people leadership, and customer experience, ensuring the store runs efficiently while delivering outstanding service to pet parents.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day retail store operations, including opening/closing procedures, safety standards, and operational compliance
• Lead, coach, and develop associates to deliver excellent customer and pet care experiences
• Manage inventory levels, product flow, and merchandising standards to ensure optimal availability
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management of store associates

Qualifications
